Websites and Marketing Campaigns

All websites and marketing campaigns are customized for you and your business. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds for any work that we have done on your behalf.

You will receive a written quote for website development. You will also receive a written quote for large website maintenance jobs, if you request it. The quote will specify everything that you have agreed to produce for the project (photographs, logo, written material, etc).

We guarantee that our invoices for development and/or maintenance will not vary by more than 10% of the total of the amount quoted (before taxes).

Once you approve a design or campaign, you have 90 days to produce all the material and/or personal time that is required of you or your employees to finish the project. If this is not done, the project is shelved.

Website programming is a complicated activity. Starting and stopping a website development project several times, becomes very expensive. Each time a project is stopped and re-started, it takes considerable time to get 'back up to speed' on the project. For that reason, we charge a reactivation fee of 15% of the quoted project cost whenever a project is suspended (or ignored) by you for a period of more than 90 days. We charge a cancellation fee of a minimum of 15% of the quoted project cost whenever a project is cancelled after it has started.

Once a website design or marketing campaign is produced, you will have 3 weeks to respond with changes or approval. After that time we will deem that you have accepted the products or services we provided.

Of course we all have a life and stuff happens. We will consider extensions to these time limits due to individual circumstances: just give us a call - we're not hard to get along with.

Hosting Cancellations and Refunds

If you have paid in advance for hosting, we will refund the amount that you paid for unused months. We do not refund for partial months. Cancellations must be received 3 full business days prior to the end of the month, to receive a refund for the following month.

If you received a price discount for paying in advance for hosting, that discount will be lost and your refund will be calculated using the regular price for month-to-month hosting.

Taxes

567 Web Marketing charges GST for all services and products provided to customers located in Canada.
